Questions we get
How often should panels be cleaned?
Twice a year for most of Orange County and Los Angeles. Once before summer peak and once after the fall wind events. Homes near farmland, freeways, or the coast do better on a quarterly schedule.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to the roof and an outdoor spigot. Leave a gate code in the notes field and we send the photo report when we finish.
Will you damage the roof or the panels?
We work from poles and ladders wherever possible and never walk on tile. Crews carry $2M general liability and $1M workers compensation.
What if it rains?
Rain does not clean a panel, it streaks it. If weather makes the roof unsafe we move your window at no charge.
